Duane Allen is a native of Lubbock, TX. He graduated from Monterey High School and from Texas Tech University, where he received a BBA degree in Accounting.
Mr. Allen served his country in the United States Army. He was stationed at White Sands Missle Range, NM and then in the Republic of Vietnam. He received various medals while serving in the Army, including the Army Commendation Medal and the Bronze Star. After receiving an honorable discharge from the Army, Mr. Allen earned his CPA certificate in 1978.
He owns his own CPA firm in Lubbock, TX and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Texas Society of CPAs. He uses his CPA license along with his insurance and securities license and over 30 years of practical business experience to help his clients. He especially enjoys designing strategies that help his clients with their retirement, health care, estate and tax planning.
Mr. Allen serves the Lord as a deacon at his Church. He is married to Sherry. They have two sons, two daughters and one granddaughter. He Enjoys spending time with his family and reading.
